Terms
Effective June 2026
The agreement
These terms govern use of uvy.ai and the Uvy service. Hiring Uvy for your team happens under an order form that references these terms; if the two conflict, the order form wins.
The service
Uvy is an AI operator that performs work you brief it on, using credentials and access you grant, from an isolated environment we host for you. You decide which tools it can reach and which actions require approval. You are responsible for having the right to grant the access you grant.
Acceptable use
Use Uvy to operate your own business. Don't use it to violate laws, third-party terms, or other people's rights, and don't attempt to access other customers' environments. We may suspend service to prevent harm; we'll tell you why.
Your data
You own your data and the artifacts Uvy produces for you. We process data as described in the privacy policy and any data processing terms in your order form.
AI outputs
Uvy is built to finish work, and approval gates exist so a human signs off on anything irreversible. Still, AI outputs can be wrong. Review what matters before you approve it; you remain responsible for what your business publishes and executes.
Fees
Plans are billed monthly per environment, in advance. Pilots are free unless an order form says otherwise. Either side can end a monthly plan with notice before the next cycle.
Liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent law allows. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
