Uvy is a design-quality platform that reviews pull requests for design drift, enforces design systems, and provides automated fixes. The Service integrates with your GitHub repositories and design systems to provide PR review, guardrails, and autofix capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your Content: You retain all rights to your code, design systems, and content. By using Uvy, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze your repositories solely to provide the Service.
Our Platform: The Uvy platform, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Uvy and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Uvy requires access to your GitHub repositories to function. By connecting your GitHub account, you authorize us to access repository data as needed to provide the Service. You can revoke this access at any time through your GitHub settings.
Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UVY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold Uvy harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
